Access to and use of the bdt87 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. bdt87 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the platform in any capacity whatsoever.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated accounts, and proxy registrations are not permitted.

• One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered bdt87 account. bdt87 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:

• Accepted payment methods. bdt87 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits are displayed within the bdt87 wallet interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposit processing. Deposits made via supported BDT payment methods are typically credited to your bdt87 wallet within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. bdt87 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

From time to time, bdt87 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available on a one-time basis per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdt87 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of bdt87.

The bdt87 name, logo, and all related marks, designations, and trade dress are proprietary trademarks of bdt87. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

bdt87 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

• A breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the platform.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Non-compliance with eligibility requirements.
• At the request of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their last-used verified payment method, less any applicable processing fees.

Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, bdt87 reserves the right to withhold any or all balances held in the account, including bonus funds, pending winnings, and verified real-money deposits, where such withholding is justified by the nature of the breach.

Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, bdt87 will process the closure and return any remaining verified balance within 5 business days, subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bdt87 operates. bdt87 makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.

In the event of any dispute between you and bdt87 arising from your use of the platform, bdt87 encourages you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Our support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner. bdt87's decision on all matters relating to gameplay, bonus settlements, and account operations shall be final and binding, subject to any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

You agree that any claim or dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration under procedures to be notified to you at the time the dispute arises. You waive any right to bring a claim as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
